PRODUCT SIZING
Please refer to size charts provided. Sizing and cut may vary from item to item so please check measurements or any information provided regarding fit to make sure they are right for you. Most sizes will be available, or may become available at a later stage. If there is a particular size you are looking for which is currently not available, please contact us and we will do our best to source it for you. When measuring please allow a tolerance of 2CM.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For all items featuring embellishments and/or printing we recommend gentle hand or machine wash in cold water. Always refer to the machines owners manual for best results. Products that are digitally printed will generally fade with use and extra care should be taken. For these items we recommend HAND WASH ONLY.
HOW TO SHOP
Once you're finished, checking out is easy and secure. You can always view the items you have added to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" button. You may adjust quantities at any time and "click update" cart to finalize selection.
PURCHASING
Once you're ready to purchase your items in the shopping cart, click the CHECKOUT button in your shopping cart. If you're registered with PayPal already, simply sign in using your email address and your password. If you don't have an account, follow the simple steps to create a PayPal account and continue through the checkout process or alternatively use the credit card option underneath.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept PayPal payments, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal acts as a barrier between the internet and your credit card and is internationally recognized as a safe, private and spam free way to shop online. If you don't already have a PayPal account, registering is easy and free.
We also accept all major credit/debit cards.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Domestic orders are typically shipped out within 24hrs and delivered within 5-10 business days. Domestic delivery may vary, depending on location distance and Australia Post schedule. Made to order or 'Pre-sale' items will incur a longer waiting period. Please allow an extra 10-21 days from the end of the sale date. Once items are shipped they are out of the control of LFK and in the hands of Australia Post. LFK take no responsibility if postal address is entered incorrectly. Responsibility falls on the buyer to provide information that is correct and up to date. International orders are typically delivered within 2-4 weeks depending upon the destination and customs processing. If your location is not available, please contact us to arrange shipping. *Please note that all orders paid via PayPal may take longer to allow for a transfer period. Delivery will also depend on availability of items. To ensure quality through out our range we don't mass produce our products. In the event there is a longer waiting period we will contact you with details. Shipping times are provided as a guide only.
