We do not represent or warrant the information provided on our website is accurate and we reserve the right to make corrections to any errors or omissions, and to change or update any information without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the same method used for purchase. Once refund is actioned by us please allow 3-7 working days for the funds to be available.
Whilst all care is taken when inputting data, pricing and product availability on the website, errors may still occur. If a product is listed incorrectly including price or information due to typing or data error, LFK shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing error, we will advise you of this. And await your response to proceed, change or cancel your order.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
LFKCLOTHING.COM will endeavour to ensure that the website does not encounter any issues related to stock and all products displayed are available. However, we can not always guarantee the availability of the website or that the items on the site are in stock or available. In the event that your ordered items are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
PRODUCT IMAGES
Please note that colours on our website will vary slightly depending on monitor calibration and device used at the time. This may include colour tones and vibrancy of product fabrics and/or prints. All products are described as accurately as possible and represented to the best of our ability but can not guarantee and exact match due to said reasons. LFK will not be responsible for any misinterpreted information.
RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final. Please make sure you have reviewed your order carefully prior to finalizing your purchase as we don't accept refunds. There are strictly no returns for change of mind and no returns on sale items.
However, if an item is found to be faulty with a factory flaw exchanges will be honoured within 14 days of product delivery. All return applications will undergo a review process for approval. Images will be required for a review and prior to any return authorisation. LFK reserve the right to refuse any return application deemed invalid. Successful applicants will be issued with store credit. All returns must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in their original condition with all original tags attached and/or in the their original packaging which must also be undamaged and in its original condition. At this point shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
LFK will not be responsible for any faults or damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions. Any instructions provided are to be used as a guide only. Ultimately it is the responsibility of the owner.
